Frequently Asked Questions.

Are there any other holiday cabins nearby?

The Flower House is exclusive, we have just the one so you have a quiet uninterrupted breakaway. It's at the top of a field with fantastic views all round. The Farm House is situated on site at the bottom of the land, so on hand for any issues or questions you may have. The main gates are locked each night, so you can feel safe and secure during your stay.

What time is check in/out?

Check in time is 3pm and check out is 11am.

Can I park my car near the Flower House?

We have made a parking space right next to The Flower House, so you can park up and unload right at the door. Then your car can stay on site too.

Do I need to bring Bedding?

Who wants to make beds or load your car with towels to stay away! Everything is ready for you at The Flower House. Towels ready for a nice hot shower, with bed's made and ready to sink into.

We even provide dog towels if you're bringing your pooch.

Towels and bedding are provided, as well as a breakfast hamper for the entirety of your stay. Towels are provided in the accommodation,  however you'll love the hot tub, so may want to just bring some extras too.

Do you provide logs for the Hot Tub?

The Scandinavian hot tub is warmed and ready to jump in on your arrival day, but we ask you allow until 7pm for everything to be super warm. If you want more logs they are £10 per bag. This is a large bag and will keep you going for a good evening's soak.

Can I bring my dog?

Well behaved dogs are welcome. They must stay on a lead as we have animals at the farm.

But there are some great walks and places they can come off the lead and run to let of steam. Dogs are charged at £25 per dog per stay.

Why is there no Oven?

The cabin is designed to be a break, and that means a break from having to cook too!

Although there's a portable twin halogen hob, a microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, (tea, coffee and hot chocolate) and for outdoor cooking a big coal fire BBQ - great for dry evenings, cook and then sit by the warm fire watching the sunset.

Or why not take advantage of some home style family cooked meals. Naomi the owner is a qualified chef, and meals are available at £10 per head (under 5's eat free)

There's some great local pubs, and takeaway's too so plenty of choice.

BBQ

Please note BBQ coals are not provided. There are local shops around the area that sell coals, or bring along a few bags if you plan to eat al fresco.

Do you provide Breakfast?

A Breakfast Hamper is provided and included in the price for the entirety of your stay. It includes* items such as bread, jam, butter, milk, orange juice, croissants, fruit, and eggs. (* items may vary depending on availability and season)

Is there Wifi?

There's no Wi-Fi at the property... you won't need it, it's your time to enjoy the surroundings. You are able to get a 4G signal should you need to connect.

What else shall I bring?

You could bring a music speaker for your phone so you have tunes to relax to. You'll need a hairdryer and styling tools too, unless you are of course embracing the wild camping look.
